Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Project Engineer to lead our Advanced Battery group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system architecture, design, or development, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced development projects in the Advanced Battery group.">
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.">
  • Mentor junior Engineers, promoting technical growth and leadership development.">
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and budget alignment.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture, design, or development.">
  • Experience in technical leadership, project management, or mentoring others.">
  • Strong knowledge of Li-Ion battery systems, test methods, controls, and architectures.">
  • Good problem-solving skills, exercising independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Ability to operate lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and e-loads.">
  • Capacity to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).">

About Compensation

">

The estimated annual compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $150,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
