Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector at Plastipak, you will be responsible for evaluating systems and processes that align with our Quality Management Program. Your contributions are vital in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality performance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Gather and assess data from various sources, including observations, measurements, reports, and documentation, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate findings to department and site leadership regarding non-compliance and areas for improvement, focusing on quality, reliability, waste reduction, and safety objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of audit activities and results.
- Review and assess corrective action plans, collaborating with teams to enhance these plans.
Your Qualifications:
- Availability to work the designated schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:10 AM on a rotating cycle of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and auditing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Attention to detail and proficient documentation abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey issues and solutions clearly and professionally.
Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour, with an additional night shift differential of $1.50.
