As a RN Resident, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled
- Performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers
- Documenting the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner
- Teaching patients, families, and caregivers about patient medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with education complete by start date
- Be a Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State, with a 90-day license grace period
- Have no previous experience needed
