Job Overview:
We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment, and supporting our servers in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome every guest with a smile
• Set up station for the shift
• Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
• Refill drinks and pre-bussing
• Run hot food to guests when ready in alley
• Provide guest support for Servers as needed
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
• Clear dishes from tables, reset table, and clean seats and floors
• Communicate table readiness
