Job Summary

Halo Country LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
