If you are considering transitioning from an Owner Operator to a Company Driver, we are here to facilitate that change seamlessly.

Compensation:

Your earnings potential is impressive:

  • Weekly Pay: $1700 or more
  • Per Mile Rate: $0.66 with an average of 1560 miles per week
  • Stop Pay: $17.50 per stop with an average of 21 stops weekly
  • Per Diem: $50.00 per night for 4 - 5 nights a week
  • Touch Freight Pay: $0.17 per piece with an average of 1750 pieces weekly
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1500 after 30 days and another $1500 after 90 days
  • Tenure Bonus: $1000 on your 1-Year Anniversary
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Equipment and Routes:

Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer. Our drivers focus on the route, not the truck. All drivers benefit from 24/7 roadside assistance provided by trained technicians, and our service personnel handle fueling at over 800 maintenance facilities.

  • Routes: Deliveries from Indiana to South Dakota, and North to Kansas and Missouri
  • Tractor Type: 2019 Freightliner Sleeper
  • Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van with Swing Door
  • Freight Type: Touch Tires

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Pass a DOT physical and road test
  • Possess a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
  • Minimum driving experience: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to federal and state regulations
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards
  • Maintain accurate logs and records
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
