Mechanic Apprentice

ESG Operations, an Inframark Company, is a leading utility management company in the Southeast, providing operations services across the region. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Tupelo, MS.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in mechanical equipment, including engines, pumps, and motors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and inspection, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Estimate costs and time required for maintenance and repair projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and mechanical illustrations to complete tasks.
• Assess electrical systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks, such as data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with pump maintenance, control panel repair, and welding.
• Valid state driver's license and MS electrician license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
