Job Summary

The Burke Center is seeking a Part-Time Support Staff to join our team. As a key member of our Central Administration, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, visitors, and Burke staff.
  • Perform general HR administrative duties, including filing, scanning, processing mail, and special projects as assigned.
  • Develop a working knowledge of our HR Information System and policies and procedures.
  • Support the Human Resources team as needed, handling confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of responsible clerical experience, with working knowledge of Windows and Word.
  • Valid Texas driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, walk, bend, or kneel, and possess hand/finger dexterity.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 25-30 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

$13.00 per hour.
