Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to deliver exceptional fitness experiences.
  • Continuously update knowledge of club services, programs, and products to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of fitness programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
  • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
  • Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and technology skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $39.50-$70 per session; $16/hr (non-session work)
