Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Jerome, Idaho.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for performing mammography procedures, working with advanced imaging equipment such as Hologic Selenia 2D/3D, and collaborating with our imaging team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography procedures, including screening and diagnostic exams
• Operate Hologic Selenia 2D/3D equipment and other advanced imaging technology
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide excellent patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Mammography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
