Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our team at All Smiles Orthodontics. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our orthodontists in various procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist orthodontists with various procedures and treatments
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene
  • Perform medical/dental documentation and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or training in dental/orthodontic assisting is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Orthodontic Assistant is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
  • Basic computer skills
