We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Providence Medical Group in Petaluma, CA. As a key member of our orthopedic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our service line.
About the Role- Perform complex orthopedic surgeries, including hip and knee replacements, with a focus on providing exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
