Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team at Hospital for Special Surgery. As a key administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to Dr. Nwachukwu's practice, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to an environment of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Dr. Nwachukwu's practice
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and billing
  • Manage office staff and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Liaise between the office and other hospital departments
  • Ensure seamless communication with patients and families
Qualifications
  • Associates degree required, Bachelors degree highly desirable
  • 5-7 years physician office experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range

$30.75-$40.66 per hour
