Job Title: Quality Inspector

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our team at Insight Global. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality evaluations on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, prescribed methods, and instructions.
  • Inspect various operations activities and report non-conformance to known standards using various measuring and testing methods.
  • Perform final adjustments and generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities.
  • Notify operations and Quality Assurance/Quality Control management of significant problems and complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in quality inspection
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience doing physical inspection
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using micrometers, calibers, or other inspection tools
  • SAP experience
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • CMM operator or programming and running CMM
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Surface plate inspection
