About the Role

This senior administrative role will involve efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dental office management and be able to adapt to our unique workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage the clinic's daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Patient Services: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Financial Management: Handle financial aspects, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 per year. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance, mandatory health and retirement benefits, and 2 weeks paid holiday time.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in dental office management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of dental software and office administration systems.
  • Understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
