Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our team at HomeServe USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and routing technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage workloads to achieve compliance goals and optimize technician utilization
  • Communicate with customers to notify them of part arrivals and coordinate logistics for installation
  • Utilize system software to communicate scheduling capabilities to customer service representatives
  • Assist in creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers
Requirements
  • Previous dispatch experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work overtime and rotate shifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
  • High school diploma or equivalent
