Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Deliver treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
