Arboriculture Laborer

At Natural Touch Lawn Maintenance LLC, we are looking for a skilled Arboriculture Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for removing unwanted branches and debris from trees, as well as pruning them to enhance their appearance.

• Operate equipment such as brush chippers, boom trucks, stump chippers, and power saws to efficiently complete tasks.
• Climb trees using climb hooks, belts, and ladders to access hard-to-reach areas, or supervise others to ensure they follow proper safety protocols.
• Prune trees to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth.
• Ensure the work site remains safe by identifying potential hazards and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong focus on safety.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, as well as comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
