- Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
- Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing.
- Provides education to patients and families on health and wellness.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS required, RN License in state of employment or compact, Current PALS certification, Current ACLS certification, Current TNCC and ENPC certification, Current NIHSS certification, Moderate Sedation certification, De-escalation training, Completion of an evidence-based triage curriculum, Current Arrhythmia recognition.
