Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Controls Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex control systems, conducting regular maintenance and inspections, and collaborating with our engineering teams to design and implement control system improvements.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, knowledge of Java or C++, and understanding of bit structure. You will also need to possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PLC troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of control systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement control system improvements
  • Document all maintenance activities and updates to control systems
  • Provide technical support to operators and other staff as needed
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new control systems

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
