Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of work
• Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a diesel technician, preferably in a dealership or repair shop setting
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical skills and mechanical aptitude
• B level qualifications in areas such as Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to operate heavy equipment and lift 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

• Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
• Bonuses based on performance and productivity
