- Installation Oversight: Directly oversee installation subcontractors, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Financial Management: Provide financial approval for job impacting work up to a 10% variance of originally estimated costs.
- Quality Control: Perform post-installation assessments to identify and correct any product or installation deficiencies.
- Workflow Management: Determine work flow, project complexity, and identify necessary skills to complete a project.
- Culture Promotion: Promote and enable the RbA Green Diamond Culture with every interaction.
- Estimation and Documentation: Provide complete installation method and materials estimate for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturability standards.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage the installation life cycle, including dispute resolution and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project.
- Product Assessment: Assess, document, and resolve underperforming products or installations.
- Administrative Duties: Process project-related paperwork and other administrative tasks, including EPA lead-safe work practice documentation.
- Subcontractor Management: Directly oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure productivity and standards are met.
- Specification Adherence: Utilize the Specification and Technical Information manual to ensure adherence to min-max sizes and correct material listing for installation.
- Issue Recognition and Resolution: Proactively recognize situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs, and/or required residential building codes, and create documented solutions when forecasted issues arise.
- Structural Issue Submission: Submit structural issues and concerns to the Operations Manager for design and approval.
- Material Breakdown: Break down all required materials for successful first-time completion of all jobs measured.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as primary liaison between sales and customer, providing solutions to ensure successful first-time completion with adherence to local building codes.
- Installation and Service Support: Assist with installation and service work as required, being dependable and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments.
- Measures must be submitted to the Back Office within a 24-hour period, with exceptions made for orders on measure summary or those requiring engineering.
