Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in New Ulm, Minnesota. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test servo motors using hand and power tools.
  • Follow manufacturing test procedures and suggest continuous improvement ideas.
  • Perform electronic and mechanical assembly, including reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Operate machine tools and production tooling and fixtures.
  • Place parts in specified relationships by soldering, clipping, screwing, or fastening all parts together using blueprints or schematics.

Requirements:

  • Electronic and/or mechanical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with machine tool operations and operation of production tooling and fixtures.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide employee benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs. A 401(k) plan and employee discounts are also available.
