- Monitor equipment operation and perform adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Perform net weight control checks and make equipment adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with production team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inspect packaging, coding, and seals to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Working knowledge of wrapper operations and experience with packaging equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
