Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting members and staff to and from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a minibus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, including children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards members and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with members, staff, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
