We are seeking a skilled individual to become part of a distinguished team of Electrical Control Panel Specialists. The primary responsibilities include the assembly and testing of electrical control panels, as well as the assembly of wiring harnesses and cables through crimping and soldering techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Execute the assembly and testing of control panels efficiently.
· Demonstrate a solid understanding of the functionalities of standard control devices, including relay logic, timers, push buttons, and switches.
· Utilize various hand tools and power tools, such as electric jig saws, band saws, drills, tap guns, and hydraulic/pneumatic hole punches.
· Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
· Maintain a vigilant and safe working environment.
· Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a respectful workplace.
· Adhere to EEO guidelines and principles.
· Arrive at work punctually and prepared to perform assigned tasks.
· Undertake additional related duties as required to meet departmental objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficient knowledge of control device operations.
2. Expertise in precise assembly techniques.
3. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and wiring diagrams for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
4. Capacity to take responsibility and complete tasks within set timelines.
5. Competence in operating tools in a safe manner.
