Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Northern California Transportation practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitoring client and industry websites, and supporting the management of client relationship management and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pursuit teams in developing proposal and interview materials
  • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
  • Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal
  • Support management of client relationship management and financial systems
  • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems
  • Arrange for professional photography on projects
  • Support development of annual and long-term strategic plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or Journalism
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
  • 5 years document layout and production experience
  • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
  • Technical understanding of the proposal production process for professional services
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Highly articulate, with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving and good decision-making abilities
