Speech Language Pathologist Job Description
We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to implement independent skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and contribute to case management.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, develop discharge plans, and contribute to case management. Provide skilled speech-language services to patients, caregivers, and centers. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. CCCs and CFYs welcome to apply. Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently. Ability to contribute to case management and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
