About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and caring LPN to join our team in Bedford, Massachusetts. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain medical supplies and inventory, and adhere to resident care plans
  • Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
