Food Expeditor

At Spring Mill Country Club, we are seeking a skilled Expeditor/Food Runner to join our team at Judd's and Jackson's Restaurant. As an Expeditor/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Match food items to correct orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Carry food trays to tables using the correct seating position on the ticket.
• Collaborate with chefs and servers to maintain consistency in food presentation.
• Ensure bread, soup, and other products are available and ready for service.
• Prepare service stations, refill coffee and citrus water, and maintain the bread warmer.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Salary: up to $13 per hour.

Working hours: Thursday - Sunday, 4pm to 9pm.

Our private 18-hole golf course is home to Judd's and Jackson's Restaurant, a casual family-friendly restaurant featuring seasonal American cuisine. Our banquet rooms host private parties, including bridal and baby showers, weddings, and funeral luncheons.
