We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Communitas, Inc. in Beverly, MA.

This is a part-time position working 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options available.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and safety of our Beverly Day Program. This includes performing general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, providing quick and cost-effective repairs, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are tidy and well-maintained.

  • Maintenance duties include sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and office areas, replacing light bulbs, and assisting with plumbing tasks when needed.
  • Painting and moving furniture (with assistance if necessary) are also key responsibilities of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, as occasional travel to other Communitas locations may be necessary.
