Projects You Will Undertake:

Key Responsibilities:

· Work autonomously

· Oversee small project budgets and monitor hours worked

· Coordinate all essential work activities with General Contractors and Project Owners

· Troubleshoot effectively

· Promote and enforce safe work practices

· Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is utilized at all times

· Communicate job site conditions clearly to the team

· Identify additional work beyond the scope of the contract
