Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at True Brands. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack inventory for customer orders from shelves or assigned bin locations
  • Pack product into boxes in preparation for shipment according to established packing guidelines
  • Help maintain clean aisles/bins/shelves that are free from clutter or debris
  • Sort boxes for shipment, according to destination or other classification, and place boxes on appropriate pallets
  • Unload material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses promptly and accurately
  • Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
  • Stock incoming shipments onto shelves
  • Promote and adhere to company safety work rules and regulations
  • Communicate problems or changes in department to supervisor and appropriate personnel
  • Participate in continuous improvement process
Requirements
  • Must have at least one (1) year of previous warehouse experience to be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment; able to complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately
  • Ambitious, team player with a positive attitude
  • Adaptable
  • Dependable in both attendance/punctuality and quality of work
  • Not afraid to get hands dirty
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and carts to move palletized inventory
  • Basic computer skills for packing and picking with Android Devices
  • Experience with inventory management and shipment systems
Physical Requirements

Able to frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs

Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, reach and use hands and fingers to perform repetitive tasks and/or assemble/disassemble equipment
