About the Job

Daikin Applied is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Development Engineer III to lead our technology development and modular product architecture in the Refrigeration Subsystem. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in airflow and acoustics, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities include leading new technology introduction, contributing to technology and design, and developing a product-based modular strategy for the Airflow subsystems. You will also provide technical leadership as an internal Subject Matter Expert in airflow and acoustics, mentoring junior engineering team members and participating in design reviews.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum 4-year degree in engineering or a related technical field, along with a minimum 7 years of engineering experience
  • Expertise in structures and vibration in HVAC or industrial applications, with a strong understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical analysis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • A strong desire to learn and develop world-class chiller knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
