THE ROLE

We are in search of a seasoned F-16 Operations Specialist for a pivotal position at the Networked Training Center (NTC). This advanced F-16 simulation and training facility plays a crucial role in enhancing training programs and simulator advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess visual display systems, flight dynamics, sensors, and munitions deployment
  • Partner with F-16 aviators and management to create training scenarios
  • Oversee acceptance evaluations for hardware and software enhancements
  • Offer specialized knowledge in aircraft systems, cockpit functionalities, and training methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams for system improvements
  • Assist in the immediate resolution of technical challenges
  • Contribute to system enhancements and upgrades

We seek a proactive individual with a background as a Fighter pilot and experience flying the F-16. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
