- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and a positive experience for children.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
