Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sheltered Instruction Professional Development expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering professional development programs that equip educators with the skills and knowledge required to effectively support ELLs in the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the eight components of Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) and experience in teaching ELLs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage adult learners and create a safe learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of SIOP and its application in different subject areas and grade levels
- Experience in teaching ELLs and understanding the challenges and opportunities involved
- Ability to engage adult learners and create a safe learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive teaching and ability to help others develop cultural competence
