Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Lifeguards to join the Equinox team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in the pool area
  • Perform lifeguard duties, including scanning the pool area, responding to emergencies, and performing CPR and first aid as needed
  • Participate in pool maintenance and upkeep, including chemical tests and water cleanliness
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure a positive and safe experience for all members and guests

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to work on a long-term basis. Various shifts available.
  • Must possess valid CPR and lifeguard certifications
  • Previous experience with pool maintenance and upkeep in relation to chemical tests and water cleanliness
  • Candidates must be loyal, dedicated, reliable, punctual, accountable, and possess a friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills and commitment to get the job done in a professional manner
