Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).
- Current licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Experience working with children, families, and couples.
- Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
