Job Title: Bilingual Float Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team in Hialeah, FL. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for preparing specimens for laboratory testing and performing screening standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques and equipment.
  • Label and process specimens according to established procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a calm environment for patients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification and 1-2 years of experience in pediatric to geriatric patient care.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned geography.
