• Fry donuts, add toppings, and decorate pastries and bread as needed
• Carry out kitchen operations and productions, ensuring high-quality products
• Bake recipes and prepare all desserts, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Perform general oven duties, including checking dough conditioner and preparing ingredients
• Scale and shape breads, loaves, and pastries, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to sanitization procedures and regulations
• Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas, ensuring organization and efficiency
• Inform supervisors of equipment issues and manage food supplies, ensuring seamless operations
• Complete reports on production, usage, and waste, providing valuable insights for improvement

• Knowledge of food production processes, sanitization, and quality programs
• Understanding of food production techniques, food microbiology, and food safety practices
• Food safety, food labeling, and nutrition-related knowledge, including FDA regulations
• Confectionery or Foods major preferred, with a Food Handler's Certificate a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Stellar customer service skills, both internally and externally
