Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with special education staff to provide comprehensive support.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
  • IEP Development: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students across multiple grade levels, including elementary, middle school, and high school.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
