About Your Role:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking meals according to established recipes. Your attention to detail will ensure that each meal is crafted with care, providing a delightful dining experience for our residents.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and serving areas
  • Planning cooking schedules to ensure timely meal service

About You: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. Previous experience in assisted living or memory care environments is advantageous, but all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in institutional or restaurant settings
  • Strong communication skills with coworkers, residents, and families
  • Able to address inquiries or concerns from various sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic math skills for routine calculations
  • Ability to make straightforward decisions affecting the department
