As a Registered Nurse RN Central Resource Pool, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients across various units, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and develop effective plans of care.
- Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse License issued by the Department of Health Professions, Commonwealth of Virginia, or a multi-state privilege granted by virtue of holding a license in one of the states participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact Agreement.
- A Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program, with a BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
