Proposal Writer

Therap Services LLC is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to support their business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, communications, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Read and analyze solicitation and proposal documents to identify key requirements and opportunities.
• Develop and write high-quality proposals that effectively communicate the company's strengths and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals.
• Support the development and maintenance of a proposal content library, including features/benefits statements, past performances, and staff resumes.
• Create and update content for features/benefits statements, overviews, technical approaches, and other proposal-related materials.
• Assist in optimizing response messaging to ensure alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties related to proposal development and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated writing experience in proposals, grants, news articles, press releases, or similar fields.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, process management, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and with a collaborative team.

• Experience in social services, public health/healthcare industry, and/or software development.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google applications.
• Proficient in navigating online platforms, such as bid platforms or online submission sites.
