Demolition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Worker to join our team at Labor Finders. As a Demolition Worker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently tearing down structures, using heavy equipment and tools, and working on a variety of projects.

• Tear down structures, including high-rise buildings, bridges, and factories
• Operate heavy equipment, such as wrecking machinery and equipment
• Use explosives or cutting torches, as needed
• Read and interpret plans and specifications for demolition projects
• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures
• Strip valuable materials, such as pipes and light fixtures, from structures
• Work at heights and with mechanical equipment
• Use hand and power tools
• Assist the foreman/supervisor with daily tasks
• Obtain necessary technical knowledge to use various tools and equipment

• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and ability to concentrate
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and communicate information in English
