Nurse Care Specialist

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to mothers and infants in a dynamic Labor and Delivery (LDRP) environment. Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team, you will work together to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive patient care, prioritizing individual needs and circumstances.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, fostering a culture of empathy and open communication.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing or 3 years of relevant professional nursing experience.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
