Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality speech, language, voice, and fluency therapy to individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on goals and progress.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP): Hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
- Arizona State Licensure or Eligibility: Possess Arizona state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Experience in a School Setting (Preferred): Possess experience working in a school setting, although not required.
