The Blue Heron Kitchen & Pub is a premier dining destination in the Buckeye Lake resort area, offering an elevated culinary experience with a focus on fresh ingredients and a carefully curated beverage menu.

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced Chef and be part of the opening team at a new and exciting restaurant in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
