Job Title: Zone Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zone Manager to join our team at Pritchard Industries. As a key member of our Southeast Region management team, you will be responsible for leading commercial cleaning operations, ensuring service commitments are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and exceed budget expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets, and team personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage corporate expenses related to cleaning services, including delivery costs, labor costs, and supplies.
  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with current contract services and identify changing needs and requirements.
  • Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify service and/or contract issues.
  • Analyze processes and practices to ensure customer needs and service expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to evaluate location performance, understand opportunities to enhance service effectiveness, and stay informed about regulatory trends.
  • Understand all customer contract commitments and schedule services accordingly.
  • Allocate resources appropriately for customer sites and maintain adequate inventories of supplies.
  • Meet regularly with Operations and Sales staff to monitor service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of cleaning staff.
  • Interact with senior-level managers and clients to promote business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of progression in a janitorial or similar industry, with operations management and/or building/facilities management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with building owners, senior management staff, clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Effective problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong business development experience, skills, and ideas.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
